CoreNexa mobile app upgrade

What changed

A new version of the CoreNexa mobile app is now available, and it works much better than the old one. If CoreNexa Legacy reminded you of the printer in Office Space, you're not alone: "ghost rings" that wouldn't stop, plus other bugs. No baseball bat or field trip needed. Just delete it. The new version isn't perfect yet, but it's a clear improvement and it's headed in the right direction.

The old app has been renamed CoreNexa Legacy. The new app is called CoreNexa and is a separate download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We recommend every current CoreNexa user switch to the new app. You will thank us if you do. Please share this with anyone on your staff who uses CoreNexa on their phone.

Before you upgrade

Make sure you know your CoreNexa username and password. Without them, you won't be able to sign in to the new app until your password is reset. If you aren't sure of your login, call us or email support@mgbsys.com before you start.

How to upgrade

1. Delete the CoreNexa Legacy app from your phone.
2. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android), search for CoreNexa, and install it.
3. Open the new app and sign in with your CoreNexa username and password.
